1. Membership Duration

All Kearney FM memberships are valid for 28 consecutive days from the date of purchase. Memberships do not auto-renew unless otherwise clearly stated during checkout.

You will receive access to the applicable member benefits for the full 28-day period.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

All membership payments are non-refundable. Once a membership is purchased, we are unable to offer partial or full refunds, regardless of usage or early cancellation.

Please be sure you wish to proceed with a membership before completing your payment.

3. Member Benefits

Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to:

Kearney FM reserves the right to update or modify membership benefits at any time.

4. Payment and Processing

All memberships are processed securely via PayPal. Kearney FM does not store your financial information.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are correct and that you have sufficient funds available at the time of purchase.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time, but as stated above, no refunds will be issued. Membership will remain active until the end of the 28-day term.

Kearney FM reserves the right to terminate memberships without refund for violations of our Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines.

6. Age Requirement

Membership is only available to users aged 16 and over, in line with our general site eligibility requirements.
