Business Email Service Policy

1. Overview

Kearney FM is proud to offer a free business email service to support sole traders, freelancers, small businesses, community organisations, and startups. This service provides up to 35 custom email addresses for professional and departmental use, with unlimited inbox storage and no fair usage limitations.

2. Eligibility

This service is available to:

• Sole traders and freelancers
• Small businesses with up to 35 team members
• Community organisations and startups
• Businesses that require departmental email addresses (e.g. info@, accounts@, support@)

Eligible users must:

• Operate as a registered or verifiable business or entity
• Use the email addresses for business-related communication

3. Included in the Service

• Up to 35 business email accounts (e.g. name@yourbusiness.com)
• Unlimited inbox size for all accounts
• No fair usage policy restrictions
• Email setup support from the Kearney FM team

4. Terms of Use

While there is no fair usage limit, users are expected to:

• Use the service for legitimate, lawful business purposes only
• Not engage in mass spamming, illegal activities, or misuse of the email system
• Ensure that access to each email account is kept secure and passwords are managed responsibly

Kearney FM reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if an account is found to be used in violation of these terms, including but not limited to:

• Sending bulk unsolicited emails (spam). To send bulk messages for marketing purposes use a service like Mailchimp. Mailerlite or Brevo
• Hosting or distributing malware, phishing content, or other malicious material
• Impersonating other organisations or individuals

5. Data and Privacy

Kearney FM is committed to protecting your data. All email data is treated with strict confidentiality and in accordance with UK data protection laws (UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018).

We do not share, sell, or access your email content, and only technical administrators may access metadata if needed for service support or abuse investigation.

6. Support and Maintenance

While the service is offered free of charge, Kearney FM provides reasonable support during standard working hours for setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.

Any extended or premium support needs (e.g. advanced security features, or migration services) may be offered as a paid service.

7. Duration and Continuity

• The free business email service is offered at Kearney FM’s discretion and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued with 30 days' notice to all registered users.
• Users will be given the opportunity to migrate their data or transition to a paid service if changes to the offering are made in the future.

8. Limitations and Disclaimer

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we aim for high availability and reliability, Kearney FM is not liable for:

• Loss of email data due to external factors
• Downtime caused by third-party providers
• Any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of the service
