Man charged after cannabis farm recovered in Middlesbrough

Officers from Middlesbrough’s Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) arrested a man after locating a cannabis farm believed to be worth up to £50,000.
The farm was located on Darenth Crescent in Middlesbrough on Sunday 11th May following intelligence from the public and officers seized a total of 66 plants.
A 25-year-old man was arrested and charged with production of a Class B drug and he was remanded in custody to appear at Teesside Magistrates’ Court last week where he was further remanded.
